• Verifying that your use of branded templates does not violate any trademark or intellectual property rights

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent receipts or receipts for transactions that did not occur
• Engage in insurance fraud, tax evasion, or any other illegal activities
• Misrepresent transactions or financial information
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service

5. Branded Templates

The branded templates available on OnlineReceiptMaker (such as those resembling known retailers) are provided for inspiration and for digitizing existing receipts you already own. These templates are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the brands they resemble. The trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

OnlineReceiptMaker is purely a design tool. We are NOT responsible for how users choose to use the Service. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of receipts created using our Service
• We are not liable for any misuse of receipts created through our Service
• You bear full responsibility for all receipts you create and how you use them
• We do not endorse, support, or condone the creation of fraudulent documents

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by OnlineReceiptMaker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Service without express written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the receipts you create using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Subscription Plans and Payments

OnlineReceiptMaker offers paid subscription plans with enhanced features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly or annually) as selected
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits continue until the end of your current billing period
• After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan with applicable limitations

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any subscription plan features at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineReceiptMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any user content or conduct

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlineReceiptMaker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
